The level of the pension of your employees is largely determined by the investment results. In the first quarter of 2016, the stock exchanges were unstable due to the development of the Chinese economy and the oil prices. The turbulence however ebbed away in the course of the first quarter.

As you can read in the media the interest rates are very low. The low interest rates also affect the pensions of your employees. The level of the interest rate on the retirement date largely determines the level of the lifelong pension benefits.
