A renewed Pension subscription: communication to participants

Dear employer,
As of 1 November 2016, we renew and improve the Pension subscription for you and your employees. We inform your employees about this through a letter, which they will receive early September. In this newsletter you can find, among other things, examples of the communication that participants in the pension scheme will receive.

| Letters to participants regarding new Life Cycles |
| |
|
With the renewed Pension subscription there also renewed Life Cycle investments. An important modification is that the neutral investment profile becomes the new 'standard' investment profile. This means that if an employee makes no choice, the premium will be invested according to the neutral investment profile. Below you can see examples of letters that participants will receive from us early September. Moreover, there is a participants brochure with more information regarding the investment options with Aegon PPI.
Caution: the participants letters and investment brochure participants are only available in Dutch, the English version will be available as soon as possible.

A unique new participant's portal
|

|
With the new Pension subscription comes a renewed participant's portal. Part of the participant's portal is the pension dashboard. With help of the pension dashboard, participants can show their total income after the retirement date (own pension scheme, pension accrued elsewhere and the possible third pillar products) against the expected expenses. The participant can easily devise a budget in the dashboard of his/her expected expenses; the NIBUD-planner assists him/her with this. Through this way, participants get insight in their future financial situation.
Caution: the overview participant's portal is only available in Dutch.

| Disclose participant's data at the latest 30 September! |
| |
|
Due to the transition to the new employer's portal, you can no longer use 'Beheernet' as of 1 October 2016. Therefore, inform us of changes as soon as possible – but at the latest 30 September. As of 1 November 2016, you can provide us with changes of the participant's data through the renewed employer's portal. Any changes you want to make in October can best be entered through the new employer's portal from 1 November onwards. Is it not possible to wait? Then you can inform us about the change through ppi@aegon.nl.
