An improved Pension subscription for you

Dear Employer,

You have a Pension Subscription with Aegon PPI for you and your employees. We constantly offer new and better services. On 1 November 2016 we will be taking a new step and introduce an improved Pension Subscription. This newsletter tells you more.
 
 
 
The main improvements
 
From 1 November, you and your employees will benefit from the following improvements:
 
 
We will change the way in which you pay contributions and costs. This will make our invoices much easier to understand.
 
You will benefit from a new and user-friendly employer portal.
 
Your employees will benefit from a new participant portal with Nibud budget planner and convenient DigiD login-in tool.
 
The neutral investment profile will be the new standard investment profile. This investment profile offers a better chance of a good pension.
 
A new website, www.aegonppi.nl, with lots of information for you and your employees.

Changes to the Pension Subscription
 
Your pension regulations and administration agreement
 

There will be no change to the pension scheme and rates of your Pension Subscription. The pension regulations and administration agreement have been updated. You can find the new pension regulations and administration agreement here.

 
We need your help
 

We will arrange most things for you, but need a little help from you for the following. To improve your Pension Subscription we would like to ask you to arrange the following. Attached to this letter is a step-by-step plan. It sets out what you can expect of us and what we ask of you and your employees. We will send your employees a letter in early September.

Caution: the step plan is only available in Dutch, the English version will be available as soon as possible
